Craig Brown

Craig is a founding director of Braestone with over 25 years of IT related experience across a wide range of private and public-sector organisations in the Health, Education, Oil and Gas, Banking and Finance sectors. He has a track record of successfully establishing and managing IT consultancy organisations over the last 15 years in both NSW and Western Australia.

Craig is experienced in undertaking a range of strategic IT consulting activities, including the development of IT, Information Management and Enterprise Architecture strategies. Craig also specialises in the provision of IT governance advice and in program and project delivery. Craig is PRINCE2, TOGAF, PMBOK and ITIL qualified and is a Certified Professional (senior member) of the Australian Computer Society. See Linked In Profile

Mark Gray

Mark is a founding director of Braestone with over 25 years of international project and program delivery experience. He is a PMP and PRINCE2 Practitioner, and his specialist skills include conducting project and program Health Check reviews, providing ongoing Delivery Assurance services, and providing one-on-one and team-based project delivery coaching and mentoring. He also develops, aligns and executes business, information and technical strategies.

Mark has worked for clients in Australia, Europe and North America, and has experience operating across a broad range of industries including Utilities, Emergency Services, Law Enforcement, Education, Insurance Services, Oil and Gas, Banking, Mining and more widely across WA State Government departments.

Mark’s business acumen includes strong financial and commercial skills, with experience in the lead negotiation and contract management of development, service delivery and engineering contracts. See Linked In Profile

Michael Copcutt

Michael is a director of Braestone with a wide range of experience and skills that spans application development, IT strategy, architecture, and CIO level management. He has developed IT strategies and enterprise architectures for many public and private industry organisations and guided major IT projects to success through pragmatic technical and business leadership.

Michael has completed a Bachelor of Science at UWA (IT Major) and Graduate Certificate in Futures and Foresight at Curtin University. He has a solid technical foundation across IT infrastructure, applications, information modelling and integration technologies. He understands the role that IT has in supporting the objectives of a business, enabling him to leverage his technical and business skills to achieve successful business outcomes.
